Justa Bakery
Justa Bakery is a subsidiary of Justa, the visual division of Kombine GmbH, a company I founded and in which I held a shareholder position.

CONTEXT
As the company was aiming to be self sustainable, the decision of opening a bakery was clear.
CHALLENGE
My challenge was to juggle my daily operational tasks as a logistics manager while building a coherent brand designed to generate revenue from its first week.

Justa touches various models of the food industry. The kitchen being the back bone of the company and the playground. In 2023, a bakery will open offering various baked goods, lunches and drinks. Our mission is to support other in a creative way and to create experiences and bring people together to have a good time.
As the Kitchen was in need of bread daily for their own customer, the idea of opening a bakery, came from the need of having access to bread and baked good in the most effective way while trusting the quality.
The key concept of the bakery is to offeer a selection of bread and baked goods based on mix of sicilian grains rich in nutrient and grains from brandburg.
Simplicity, authenticity, and transparency are the defining values of Justa. These values have allowed us to maintain consistency over the long term.





The place.
Located at the corner of the Sonnenallle and Innstrasse in Berlin Neukoln, the space and location was perfect in therms of distance from our Kitchen and offices as for the strategic place in the berlin food landscape.















The Brand.
Justa is designed as an umbrella company. A primary challenge is creating unique identities for each of the individual projects the company operates.
